I got a selling boat to reach this beautiful garden of different types of trees and their diverse origins. It is located in Aswan on the Nile River, the breeze is gentle and the views are stunning

It was okay. Maybe because there weren't any flowers blooming, it didn't feel any special, but it was a much needed break in the shade after a long day tour. There are way too many vendors to enjoy the place in peace, and there were people using sedated baby crocodiles with their mouth shut by a rubber band to lure toursits into taking pictures for money.

Peaceful place/island to enjoy the beauty of nature and exotic plants. it has a small museum at the entrance where you can see the seeds and fruits of the plants there and read about them. but when you visit it make sure you go through the place in a zig zag path to view the periphery of the island and enjoy a spectacular view of the nile mixed with flowers and trees.

Visited Airkela Nubian House and they assisted me in arranging a private boat trip to the botanical garden and the Nubian village for 600 EGP. The garden was impressively clean and well-organized, boasting breathtaking scenery and diverse plants. My kids loved it, especially the chance to hold and snap a photo with baby alligators. Overall, it was a delightful trip, highly recommended for anyone in Aswan. However, be cautious at the garden's exit cafeteria; prices were very high and not transparent.

I have been in many far more spectacular botanical garden than this one. The museum is modest and the plants although varied are missing the wow factor. There are beautiful views on the river and going to the garden by boat is very pleasant. You can buy some souvenirs in the garden as well.
