塞舌尔拉迪格岛（La Digue）东岸的安斯科科斯（Anse Cocos）是一处无需门票的免费秘境，从著名的格兰德安斯（Grand Anse）徒步约 35 到 45 分钟即可到达。这里最出名的标志是北端由巨大花岗岩围合而成的天然海水泳池，能让人在风浪剧烈的东海岸安全玩水。沙滩全长约 500 米，相比游人如织的德阿让海滩（Anse Source d'Argent），这里保留了更原始的荒野感，全年平均气温维持在 28 摄氏度上下。

从格兰德安斯出发的必经之路
想要抵达安斯科科斯，目前没有公路可以直接通达。大多数人会把自行车停在格兰德安斯的入口处，然后开始徒步。这条路并不是单一的平坦小径，而是需要先后翻越小安斯（Petite Anse）所在的岬角。说真的，第一段路虽然只有几百米，但由于坡度较陡且多为细沙路面，走起来会有明显的顿挫感。过了小安斯之后，路迹会钻进茂密的灌木丛和椰子林，这时候脚下的路变成了混合着树根和石块的泥土路。在旱季，这条路踩起来很扎实，一旦遇到雨后，路面会变得湿滑不堪。路途中会经过几处高点，那是俯瞰整片印度洋湛蓝海水绝佳的位置，视野开阔得让人想停下来站一会儿。
徒步过程中的体能消耗与路况提醒
全程徒步距离大约 1.5 公里，对于平日有运动习惯的人来说并不难。但在塞舌尔高达 80% 以上的湿度下，这段路走完肯定会大汗淋漓。建议每个人至少携带 1.5 升的饮用水，因为沿途没有任何自动贩卖机。路面有很多突出的树根，穿夹脚拖鞋很容易崴脚，换成带后跟的凉鞋或轻便运动鞋会稳当得多。如果正好赶上正午阳光最毒的时候，林子里几乎没有风，那种闷热感会让徒步时间体感延长。好在沿途遮阴处不少，每走十分钟就能找到一处阴凉地儿喘口气。
藏在沙滩尽头的核心景观与补给
北端天然岩石泳池的玩水逻辑
安斯科科斯的主海滩虽然看着漂亮，但由于没有外围珊瑚礁挡浪，岸边的离岸流非常强劲。到了海滩后别急着在正中间下水，直接往左手边，也就是北端方向走到底。在那堆像小山一样的巨型花岗岩后方，隐藏着一个被天然包围出来的岩石池。这里的海水深度大约在 1 到 1.5 米，岩石像一道墙把印度洋的巨浪挡在外面，池内水面平静得像面镜子。这里是整片海滩唯一能放心浮潜的地方，偶尔还能看到色彩斑斓的小鱼在岩缝里钻来钻去。下午两点左右的光线照进池子里，透明度极高，是拍照最出片的时候。
海滩吧台的补给价格与服务
在沙滩树荫处通常能看到一两个简易搭起来的木头吧台。这些吧台由当地人经营，提供现剖的椰子、冰镇饮料和简单的水果拼盘。一个新鲜椰子的价格大约在 100 到 150 塞舌尔卢比之间，虽然比岛上超市贵出一大截，但考虑到这些补给都是当地人肩挑背驮运进来的，这个溢价也就说得通了。如果打算在这里待上半天，这些吧台就是唯一的生命线。需要注意的是，这里没有移动网络信号，也没有任何刷卡设备，一定要带够现金。吧台旁边有时会放一些简陋的长凳，那是躲避烈日的绝佳避风港。
游玩质量提升的避坑建议
潮汐变化对浮潜与沙滩面积的影响
来之前一定要查一下当天的潮汐表。落潮时分，北端的天然泳池水位会下降，甚至会露出池底的碎石，这时候泡着虽然舒服，但浮潜空间会压缩。涨潮时，虽然泳池水满，但外面的巨浪有时会越过岩石顶端拍进池子里，带来不少泡沫。最好的游玩时间是中潮阶段，既保证了水量，又足够安全。另外，由于安斯科科斯面积很大，即便每天有几十号人来，也不会显得拥挤。如果你想独享整片海滩，建议早晨九点前从住处出发，这时候大部分游客还没起床，你甚至能看到螃蟹在干净的沙滩上横行。
信号盲区与防蚊避暑策略
离开格兰德安斯进入树林那一刻起，手机信号基本就处于断断续续的状态，到了安斯科科斯海滩更是会直接显示无服务。如果和朋友走散了，基本只能靠在天然泳池那儿死守。岛上的小黑飞（Sandflies）在某些季节比较猖獗，尤其是在沙滩边缘的干树叶堆附近。坐下来之前先观察一下，最好带上一瓶防蚊喷雾。防晒霜要反复涂抹，虽然有树荫，但沙滩的折射光很强，一不留神后背就会晒得通红。游玩结束后，记得预留出 40 分钟的返程时间，争取在天黑前回到自行车停放处，因为那段林间路没有任何照明设备，黑灯瞎火走起来很危险。

安斯科科斯海滩收门票吗？
不收门票，这里是完全免费开放的公共区域。不过前往这里的交通成本主要是租自行车的费用，岛上自行车日租金通常在 100 到 150 塞舌尔卢比，且需要自己准备充足的饮用水和零食。
从格兰德安斯走到这里需要多久？
成年人正常的步速大约需要 35 到 45 分钟。路程虽然只有 1.5 公里左右，但因为需要翻越两个小的山头且路面多为细沙和乱石，体力消耗比在平地走路要大得多。
在这里游泳安全吗？
主海滩区域浪很大且有强劲的暗流，不建议非专业人士下水。唯一的绝对安全区是海滩最北端的天然岩石泳池，那里水深约 1 米出头且有花岗岩屏障，非常适合普通游客嬉水。
附近有洗手间或更衣室吗？
完全没有。安斯科科斯保持了极原始的状态，没有洗手间、更衣室或淡水冲淋设施。建议出发前在格兰德安斯的简易餐厅解决如厕问题，并直接把泳衣穿在里面。

Best beach on La Digue in our opinion. However, if it is rainy season then you are likely to have to walk through two swamps to get there so be ready and don’t wear nice shoes… I ended up taking off my trainers and doing the hike between Anse Petite and Coco barefoot. I survived, but a couple of uncomfortable parts with sharp little balls that feels like your stepping on Legos. But besides that, super incredible once you get there and the snorkelling in the rock pool was awesome

Absolutely mind-blowing beach. One of my favourites in La Digue. Not very easy to reach, be prepared to sweat a lot. Bring water and put your shoes on. You can bike to Grande Anse, then you will take the trail to Petite Anse (10/15 minutes in the jungle) and then it’s another 15/20 minutes to reach Anse Cocos. It’s worth it. There’s also a bar that serves fresh fruit, grilled fish, coconuts. I’d recommend to leave the beach around 16.30/17 so you still have enough light on the way back.

It takes a bit to get here (bike ride to Grand Anse , hike past Petite Anse, then about another 20 minute hike). It's deserted as hell. There is a pretty strong rip, so if you're not a strong swimmer stay out of the water until you go past the rocks to the natural wading pool.
