双眼洞天然井（Cenote Dos Ojos）距离图卢姆（Tulum）以北约 22 公里，车程 20 分钟，每天 8:00 至 17:00 开放，成人门票约 400 墨西哥比索。它属于 Sac Actun 水下洞穴系统，已探明通道超过 80 公里，是里维埃拉玛雅最著名的洞穴潜水点之一。对浮潜者来说，两个相邻的圆形天坑由一段有自然光的通道连接，游程约 20 至 30 分钟；对持证潜水员来说，芭比线（Barbie Line）和蝙蝠洞（Bat Cave）是两条完全不同的水下路线。
怎么去：从图卢姆出发的三种方式
从图卢姆镇中心到双眼洞天然井有 22 公里，走 307 号公路向北，见到 Parque Dos Ojos 的指示牌后拐入一条土路，再开约 1.6 公里到停车场。停车场免费，车位充足，但旺季上午 10 点后容易停满。
自驾或租车
租一辆车是最灵活的方式。图卢姆镇上的日租价格在 600 至 900 墨西哥比索之间，不含保险。307 号公路路况好，指示牌清晰，拐入土路后路面有碎石，普通轿车慢速通过没问题。如果当天还想顺路去 Gran Cenote 或 Calavera，租车的性价比最高。
colectivo 小巴
从图卢姆或普拉亚德尔卡曼方向来的 colectivo 会停在 307 号公路的 Dos Ojos 路口，车费约 40 至 60 墨西哥比索。下车后距离公园入口还有 1.6 公里，步行约 20 分钟，也可以等路过的出租车或搭公园的短驳车。回程在路口拦 colectivo 不太稳定，建议提前记好出租车电话。
跟团与接送
图卢姆多家潜水店和旅行社提供含接送的行程。浮潜团通常包含装备、储物柜和导游，价格在 600 至 800 墨西哥比索；两瓶气的洞穴潜水行程在 130 至 160 美元之间，含潜水向导、气瓶和午餐。从图卢姆出发的接送点通常在镇中心或酒店区，预订时确认具体集合位置。
门票、开放时间与入园规则
公园每天 8:00 开门，17:00 关门，最后入园时间是 15:30。这个截止时间不是摆设，公园要保证每位游客至少有一个半小时的游览时间。
票价与包含内容
成人基础门票约 400 墨西哥比索，儿童约 200 比索。基础票含入园和救生衣，浮潜装备另租约 150 比索，储物柜约 30 比索。如果买 800 比索的套餐，通常含导游、浮潜装备和储物柜。持证潜水员的门票约 380 比索，潜水装备和向导费用另算。信用卡可以刷，但加收 5% 手续费，带现金更划算。
入园前必须知道的事
公园禁止使用普通防晒霜、驱虫剂和任何含油护肤品，入口处有冲洗区，下水前必须冲淋。建议穿水鞋，天然井周围的岩石和木台阶湿滑。园内没有餐厅，只有小卖部卖零食和饮料，想待一整天的话自带水和食物。
浮潜与潜水：两个洞口怎么选
双眼洞的名字来自两个相邻的圆形天坑——东洞和西洞，水下由一段约 400 米的通道连接。两个洞口的气质完全不同。
东洞：短而暗的洞穴初体验
东洞开口较小，像一道窄门，进去后光线迅速变暗，需要导游手电。游程约 30 分钟，能看到密集的钟乳石和石笋。适合想体验洞穴感但不想游太远的浮潜者。旅行团通常先带客人来东洞，上午 10 点后这里人最多。
西洞：光线充足的芭比线
西洞是一个大环线，多个入水点，自然光从洞口斜射进来，在水下形成光柱。这就是潜水员说的芭比线，水深约 8 米，能见度常超过 50 米。浮潜者沿绳索游一圈约 20 分钟，沿途的钟乳石和石柱清晰可见。想拍照的话，上午 8 点到 11 点之间光线角度最好。
蝙蝠洞：潜水员的第二瓶气
蝙蝠洞是潜水行程的第二站，入口在离西洞不远的位置。潜水员下潜后穿过较暗的通道，在一处气穹浮出水面，头顶栖息着数百只蝙蝠。两瓶气的最佳深度都是 8 米左右，每瓶约 45 分钟。持开放水域证书的潜水员可以参加，但要求至少有 20 次潜水记录，且过去 6 个月内潜过水。
最佳游览时间与停留时长
天然井的水温全年稳定在 24 至 25 摄氏度，能见度不受季节影响，雨季和旱季的水下条件几乎一样。真正变化的是光线、人流和路面状况。
季节与人流
旱季从 11 月到次年 4 月，晴天多，洞口的光柱最明显，但也是游客最多的时段。圣诞节、新年和圣周期间，停车场早上 8 点就开始排队。如果想避开人流，选 5 月、9 月或 10 月的平日，早上 8 点开门时进场，前一个小时经常能独享西洞。
建议停留时间
只浮潜一个洞，加上冲淋和换衣服，大约 2 小时。两个洞都浮潜、再在园内吃个简餐，安排 3 到 4 小时比较从容。潜水行程通常 5 小时左右，含两瓶气、水面休息和往返交通。从图卢姆出发的半日游，下午 2 点前能回到镇上。
常见问题
双眼洞天然井需要提前预约吗？
散客不需要预约，直接到售票处买票即可。公园按天然井单独售票，不按整个园区售票。但潜水行程和含接送的浮潜团建议提前一两天预订，旺季最好提前一周，因为潜水向导和装备数量有限。
不会游泳可以浮潜吗？
可以。基础门票含救生衣，浮潜区域有绳索引导，水深虽大但穿着救生衣不会下沉。东洞部分路段较暗，跟着导游走更稳妥。儿童参加浮潜没有硬性年龄限制，但建议 8 岁以上，且必须有成人陪同。
洞内可以涂防晒霜吗？
不可以。普通防晒霜、驱虫剂和含油护肤品都禁止入水，入口处必须冲淋。园内不卖环保防晒霜，需要的话提前在圖卢姆镇上买好。建议穿长袖水母衣物理防晒，比涂任何霜都管用。

These caverns are really cool diving experiences, especially if your used to ocean diving. Lots of cool rock formations and while being a caveRN and not a cave (i.e. you can dive here with just an open water certification) it is a really cool experience. The one thing I would flag though is that the two lines/paths you can take through the caverns (Bat cave & Barbie) are both fairly short so the dives are pretty short.
This cenote was the most beautiful one out of the 6 cenotes we went to. It was $800 mxn for 2 people that included all equipment and a guide. This seems decent as the others that weren’t as big and beautiful costed almost 400-500. They also accept USD. Since it was our first cenote, we definitely needed a guide. If you’re not familiar with cave closed cenotes, you definitely need a guide and the equipment. It’s dark inside and they provide you with a flashlight. You can also come here with scuba instructors or your scuba equipment. A good place for the same. The experience of going in an open cenote first and then a closed one is blissful. You see how the roofs fell million years ago, how they’re still standing, how bats survive inside etc. You can also go for a package that includes 3 cenotes which is a bit expensive but you’ll find everything in one place. There was a very sweet photographer who clicked our images but demanded $500 mxn for 15-16 photos which was a bit pricey but he was very sweet about us not buying those from him. His work was good tho. The photos don’t justify how beautiful this place was.
A truly magical and breathtaking experience. The Dos Oros cenotes are absolutely unique — timeless, powerful, and incredibly beautiful. A huge thank you to Rodrigo, who made this adventure unforgettable. Thanks to him, our daughters were able to swim through the three different cenotes while snorkeling, guided by his flashlight, revealing the magic of the underwater caves. The deep blue colors, the light reflections, and the silence inside the caverns create an unreal atmosphere. It was a powerful, emotional experience, perfectly guided and safe. A moment we will never forget. Highly recommended.
Cenote Dos Ojos was absolutely amazing. Crystal-clear water, incredible views, and a truly unique atmosphere. It’s a beautiful place and definitely worth visiting. Swimming there is an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of the Tulum area. Highly recommended! 💧🌴
This is a beautiful Cenote. I visited during a scuba diving excursion and was impressed with the park, and the cenote. Some really beautify diving, especially bat cave, which was one of the most beautiful dives. Bat cave has light coming through a hole in the cenote roof, creating a light column, lighting up the room above and below water. The water has a beautiful turquoise color when hit with the light. Great place to just swim for non-divers.
