卡萨天然井：图卢姆红树林里的开放式浮潜胜地
卡萨天然井（Casa Cenote）位于图卢姆以北约10公里的坦卡湾（Tankah Bay），是一条长250米、深1.5至8米的开放式红树林水道。门票约150至250墨西哥比索，每日9:00至17:00开放。这里淡水与海水交汇，能见度常达30米以上，适合浮潜、皮划艇和初学者潜水。
为什么值得专程来一趟
红树林里的淡水河，不是洞穴
尤卡坦半岛的天然井大多是封闭的洞穴或深坑，卡萨天然井却是一条完全露天的水道。两侧红树林的气根垂入水中，阳光穿过枝叶洒在河床上，水色从浅绿过渡到深蓝。全程无需手电，抬头就是天空。
水道尽头通过一条约50米长的隧道与加勒比海相连，因此这里的水是淡咸混合的。水面下4到5米处有一层盐跃层，淡水与海水在此交汇，肉眼看去像一层晃动的镜面。这种景象在半岛天然井里并不多见。
海洋生物与常驻鳄鱼
因为与海相通，井里能看到淡水鱼、泽龟、蓝蟹，偶尔还有海水鱼游入。河床上散落着石灰岩块和倒木，鱼群在红树林根系间穿梭。
这里住着一条名叫潘奇托（Panchito）的莫雷利鳄。它通常趴在水面附近晒太阳，对潜水员和浮潜者已经习以为常。保持5米以上距离、不投喂、不围堵，它不会主动靠近。怕鳄鱼的人需要提前想清楚，因为它在水道里确实可能与你同游一段。
浮潜、皮划艇与初学者潜水
卡萨天然井的水流平缓，平均水深约4米，最大深度7到8米，是半岛上对新手最友好的天然井之一。浮潜可以顺流漂完全程，救生衣通常包含在门票内。皮划艇租金约100墨西哥比索，划到水道深处再下水也很自在。
持证潜水员可以在这里完成浅水开放水域潜水，最大深度控制在10米以内，潜水时间约45到55分钟。没有证的人可以参加体验潜水（Discover Scuba Diving），由教练一对一带领，在红树林根系下方游一圈。水温全年稳定在24至26摄氏度，11月到4月能见度最好。
怎么去、什么时候去、花多少钱
交通：从图卢姆或坎昆出发
从图卢姆镇中心开车过去约11公里，车程11分钟。打出租车单程约490至600墨西哥比索，自驾或租车最便宜，油费加停车约100比索出头。也可以坐ADO大巴到图卢姆后转出租车，或者提前订shuttle（约45至220比索）。
从坎昆国际机场出发约75分钟车程，租车走307号公路，在坦卡湾路口拐入一条土路，再开几百米就到入口。土路坑洼，雨后积水，底盘低的车要慢行。
开放时间与门票
每天9:00开门，17:00左右关门，周日可能提前到19:00结束。门票只收现金，成人150至250墨西哥比索，救生衣一般包含在内。浮潜装备另租，GoPro入水费约100比索，储物柜约100比索。没有淋浴设施，换衣服在简易更衣区解决。
最佳时间：早到、选工作日、避开周末
上午9点到11点人最少，光线斜射入水，红树林根系的影子最清楚。周末和墨西哥假期本地家庭多，停车场上午10点后就满。5月到11月是淡季，雨水多但人流少，水温和能见度仍然稳定。12月到4月是旱季，水最清，但也是游客最集中的时候。
实用提醒与游览规则
不能涂防晒霜
卡萨天然井禁止使用任何防晒霜，包括标榜可生物降解的产品。红树林根系和鱼类对化学物质敏感，入口处会检查。怕晒就穿长袖水母衣、戴帽子，或者把防晒放在岸上，下水前冲掉。
安全与生态规则
水道里同时有浮潜者、皮划艇和潜水员，靠右游、不突然停下。红树林根系不能踩不能抓，踢蛙鞋时注意别扬起河床淤泥。看到鳄鱼保持距离，不追赶不投喂。带小孩的家庭建议只在水道前段活动，那里水浅且离入口近。
周边怎么搭配
卡萨天然井就在307号公路旁，对面是坦卡湾海滩，有几家海边餐厅可以吃午饭。往南9公里是图卢姆玛雅遗址，往北8公里是西尔哈（Xel-Há）水上公园。把天然井和海滩午餐放在同一天最顺路，不要贪心再塞两三个天然井，水里的活动比看起来累。
常见问题
卡萨天然井需要提前预约吗？
散客不需要预约，直接到入口买票即可。但体验潜水或潜水课程需要提前联系潜水店，因为教练和装备要按人数准备。旺季周末上午10点后可能排队，早到能省时间。
不会游泳可以去吗？
可以。门票包含救生衣，水道平均深度约4米，前段更浅。浮潜时穿救生衣顺流漂，脚够不到底也能安全返回。但水道全长250米，体力差的人建议只游前100米就折返。
从图卢姆打车方便吗？
方便，单程约11公里，车费490至600墨西哥比索。回程在入口路边等出租车不太稳定，最好和司机约好返程时间，或者用打车软件叫车。自驾或租车更灵活，停车费约100比索。

We went for lunch only and to enjoy the live music. We enjoyed ourselves but found it was too loud.
We had drinks here couple of times and dinner once. This restaurant serves outstanding Margaritas! They bring the whole shaker and you can refill your glass with a cold drink. Try their hibiscus Margarita, it’s excellent! The view from the restaurant is beautiful, I recommend to visit at the sunset time. As for the food: excellent mixed salad, fresh and nourish. Good cesadilla. Tuna steak and fish tacos somewhat disappointing. Service very !
Faded glory at a special location. !! The reality is for sure less than the pictures on the site suggest. Staff : friendly. All over rating : good not excellent Nice to spend one night. Be prepared for e very very bumpy road for about 10 minutes. The location at the beach with palmtrees is super , though the beach is very small. The cenote nearby is linked to the sea and it is fascinating to see the “ boiling “ water in the sea. Be aware that the cenote on the other side of the road is private and you have to pay to enter. The premises are really nice at first glance but: Lousy shower with nearly no water Noisy water pump New curtains that do not cover the windows totally. Frontdoor hard to close. Lock of the slide bh doors broken so use a stick to lock it. The food is not excellent, but ok. No welcome drink as promised ( did not ask for it also ) Value for money : to be honest I expected more based on the web site info. Conclusion: Faded glory at a special location. !!

I'd sip my coffee with my toes in the sand, watching the sky shift from velvety darkness to vibrant streaks of orange, pink, and gold as the sun rose over the water- it was a spiritual experience in itself. I never had to fight for a lounge chair or share space with loud crowds. It felt like my own private paradise. This hotel is the kind of place you almost don’t want to tell anyone about, for fear it might lose its untouched charm. Whether you're looking for peace, natural beauty, or just a clean, cozy place to unwind by the sea, this place delivers in every way. I left feeling completely renewed, already planning my next visit. If serenity by the sea is what you're after, look no further.
Stayed here in late April for 4 nights and had the perfect getaway. Laid back unpretentious vintage vibes, super comfortable and clean rooms all opening to the sea. Everything at the on site restaurant was top and was treated like family by the friendly staff. Whatever activity you want to do they will arrange! Dive, snorkel, fish, and explore the stunning cenote across the street. Plan ahead and ask Miguel for the fresh catch dinner where they will spear fish fish and come back to grill you up whatever they catch - purest clean ocean fresh meal in my life. Aguachiles were also top notch and don’t miss the sunday BBQ and famous margaritas.
