女人岛北海滩 Playa Norte 游玩全攻略
北海滩（Playa Norte）在女人岛（Isla Mujeres）最北端，从坎昆（Cancún）的华雷斯港（Puerto Juárez）坐渡轮20分钟上岛，再步行10分钟就到。沙滩全长约700米，免费开放，全年24小时可进。水里走出100米还只到腰，浪小得像泳池，这也是它常年被排进世界前十海滩的原因。
这片海滩到底好在哪
浅水与白沙是核心
Playa Norte 朝北，被尤卡坦半岛和女人岛本身挡住了外海涌浪，所以几乎没有像样的浪。沙是细白的珊瑚沙，光脚走一天也不烫脚。水色从岸边往远处分三层：透明、浅青、深蓝。说真的，照片拍不出那种通透感。风大的下午，北角会起一点风，反而是全滩最凉快的位置。
蓝旗认证与安全设施
这片沙滩拿过蓝旗（Blue Flag）认证，连续多年通过33项水质、安全、环境教育标准，另外还持有墨西哥的“白金海滩”称号。救生员有值守，淡季和旺季班次略有差别：官方假期行动期间常见的是每天10:00到17:00，夏季行动期间有11:00到19:00的安排，下水前看一眼沙滩入口的信息牌最稳妥。海况用旗帜标示，红旗就别下水，这点很多人不知道。
北角与中段选哪边
整条滩大致分三段。靠渡轮码头一侧热闹，餐厅和沙滩俱乐部密集；中段是最典型的明信片画面；往西北角走，水最浅、人最少，适合带小孩和想安静泡水的人。缺点是那边遮阴少，得自己带伞或早点占位置。
怎么去、花多少钱
渡轮是唯一常规方式
岛上没有桥，从坎昆过去只能坐船。主线路从华雷斯港出发，约每30分钟一班，航程15到20分钟，单程票价大约290墨西哥比索，往返约540到580比索。坎昆酒店区的码头（Playa Tortugas、El Embarcadero）也有船，但价格更高、班次更少，不划算。上岛后步行10分钟就到海滩，不需要打车。想一天逛完整座岛，可以在码头附近租高尔夫球车，半天约600到900比索，全天900到1200比索。
海滩本身不收费
墨西哥所有海滩都是公共的，沙子不收门票，铺条毛巾就能待一天。花钱的是舒适度。独立摊位的两张躺椅加一把伞约400到700比索；沙滩俱乐部按最低消费或固定租金收费，常见是每人250到600比索，有的直接收躺椅费。一杯啤酒50到70比索，一盘海鲜150到250比索。自己带水带毛巾，一天只花渡轮钱。
沙滩俱乐部怎么挑
Zama Beach Club 是这片最精致的一家，位于中部靠码头，躺椅约600比索起，可坐四五人的日光床约1200比索，私人草棚3000比索一天，餐饮另算，工作日白天大约10:00开到18:00。Tarzan Beach Club 走本地休闲路线，躺椅加伞约600比索且不设最低消费，甚至允许自带保温箱，这在北海滩很少见。Buho's 以沙滩上的秋千和日落出名，躺椅常见报价400到500比索。价格会变，坐下前先问清楚是按人还是按椅、含不含餐饮额度。
什么时候去、待多久
时段比季节更决定体验
渡轮大约7点开始发船，9点到滩上，能抢在11点半前后一日游船团抵达之前享受两个小时的空滩。下午1点是人流高峰，3点半之后团队客陆续撤离，16:00到18:00光线转金，是一天里第二好的时段。想拍空镜，清晨7点带杯咖啡走过去，沙滩上几乎没人。
季节与海藻
最舒服的窗口是11月到次年4月的旱季，水温约26到28度，雨水少，海藻最少。12月到3月是理想段，同时也是价格和人流的高点。6到11月是飓风季，价格低但天气不稳。海藻方面，北海滩因为朝向和遮蔽，即使区域海藻高峰时也基本干净，东岸同一天可能已经铺满。夏季6到9月是鲸鲨季，可以加一个出海项目。
建议停留时间
只在海滩待，2到4小时足够。加上一顿午饭和小镇闲逛，半天比较从容。要环岛看 Punta Sur 悬崖、海龟养殖场和东岸观景点，安排一整天更合理，很多人会选择在岛上住一晚，等白天的人潮散去。
实用细节与注意事项
设施与无障碍
沙滩有公共厕所和淋浴，具体位置问 ZOFEMAT 信息亭，该亭每天9:00到16:00有人值守，提供天气、旗帜、救生员区域和设施指引。无障碍方面做得比较到位：有斜坡通道，还有免费的水陆两用沙滩轮椅（sillas anfibias），在 Playa Norte 和 Playa Centro 的 ZOFEMAT 模块借用，服务时间常见为9:00到18:00，借用前建议现场确认。
规则与禁忌
沙滩上禁止吸烟，禁止带玻璃瓶和一次性塑料容器，宠物不得进入。酒精饮料不允许带上沙滩，下水前喝酒更是明令劝阻。不要带走沙子或贝壳，不要喂海鸥。防晒建议用对珊瑚友好的产品。
安全提醒
水浅不等于没风险。看旗帜颜色，听救生员指挥，小孩全程有人看。浅水区偶尔有鳐鱼伏在沙里，走路时拖着脚蹭沙，别直接踩下去。贵重物品别随手放沙滩上，租躺椅时把包放在视线范围里。
常见问题
北海滩需要门票吗？
不需要。这是公共海滩，免费进入，也没有营业时间限制。只有躺椅、遮阳伞、餐饮和沙滩俱乐部服务收费，自带毛巾可以零消费待一整天。
从坎昆到北海滩要多久？
从华雷斯港坐渡轮约15到20分钟，班次约每30分钟一班，上岛后步行约10分钟到滩上。算上等船和码头周转，从坎昆市区出发单程预留1小时比较稳。
沙滩上有公共厕所和淋浴吗？
有，ZOFEMAT 在 Playa Norte 设有信息模块，提供厕所、淋浴和无障碍斜坡。部分游客反映免费公共设施数量有限，多数人会用沙滩俱乐部的卫生间，通常需要消费或租椅。

Lovely beach...picturesque, beautiful white sands and clear blue water. Just a short walk from the main shop/restaurant area near the ferry drop off. Lots of businesses on the beach which served drinks and food. There are no public (and free) seating from what we saw...all chairs belong to a business which will charge $40+ USD to use alone. Many will provide free seating if you drink or dine with them....so research and plan accordingly if you plan on staying at the beach.
Absolutely beautiful beach! 🏖️ Playa Norte is incredibly clean, with crystal-clear, calm water and soft white sand. The water is amazing and perfect for swimming and relaxing. Definitely one of the nicest beaches I’ve visited and a must-see if you’re in Isla Mujeres. 🌊☀️ 10/10 — highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It is magnificent. Just what you’d expect from the Caribbean. Don’t think there isn’t any sargassum because there is , in very very small quantities ,floating in the water(nothing upsetting but present ). It gets really crowded when the tourist boats arrive from Cancun ,so I do suggest being already on the beach at around 9 am because already at 11 it is hell and all of the boats lineup close to the shore and it wrecks the beauty of the sea .Playa Norte has some nice Beach restaurants but mostly open at 11 am literally when the tourist arrive from the boats and close around 6 pm ( so no nice dinner on the beach unfortunately)
This beach is outstanding. It is crystal clear. The waves are weak, so you aren't pushed around too much. It's all sand and no rocks, so you don't hurt your feet while walking. It was in February 2026 that I visited this place. The temperature of the water was just perfect. The only thing I didn't like is that it is not deep at all. I walked further and further in the water, but it was still only reaching my waist. I had to sit down or crouch to have water up to my chest. Still a nice spot I recommend visiting!
Amazing beach with zero sargassum! Playa Norte is an absolutely stunning beach with crystal-clear water and a really nice vibe. Best of all, there was zero sargassum when we visited. Just a heads up on the pricing for chairs and umbrellas: be careful because you can expect to pay 450 pesos for two people just for shade, or 450 pesos plus a 1,000 peso minimum consumption fee. It's well worth it for the paradise views, but good to know before you go!
