Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures, first of all if you pay full price you’re getting ripped off. Positives the staff is very nice and the food was not gastronomy but what we had was average decent, open bar was also average decent. Now the bad, the reef is vasly off limits and the visibility was next to null, we only saw a handfull of clownfish and there are so many better options for snorkeling. The zipline is short and average, didnt use the kayak bit they seemed fine. The pool was really dirty, the filters hadnt been running for what seemed a while. The toilets reaked. There was 3 different kinds of music playing at the same time, so much for relaxing in peace and quiet. The whole place is average but in a holiday context where you’re expecting a perfect day it ruins the day. Almost had a fight with my partner as the disappointment had to be managed. Don’t ruin your day go elsewhere.

I came here early in the morning after taking the ferry from Cancun and renting a golf cart on the island. (I left reviews for both if you want to check my profile.) Most of the activities were available except for kayaking. I don’t drink alcohol, but the open bar seemed like a great option for those who do, and I enjoyed the non-alcoholic drinks they offered. The biggest disappointment was the buffet, I definitely recommend eating beforehand. This also feels more like a place to visit with friends or family rather than by yourself. Overall, I had a good time, but I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. Some activities you can enjoy at your own pace, while others are very short. My only suggestion would be to add live entertainment or more events throughout the day to keep the energy up. Even so, it was a fun experience overall.

We traveled here this past weekend and it was a horrible experience. We took the ferry to the park. Very rough ride the boat was rocky it took about a hr to arrive. The activity was limited only option for that day was zip line. They have three very short zip lines. No snorkeling or Kayaking available. So we sat around with nothing to do. At the open bar we were told there were two drink options pina colada’s or beer. The water was in a jug it was hot and had a weird taste. When we asked for ice he said it was for the Pina coladas. The food was horrible. Mushy chicken and cold. Nothing was warm. The views were beautiful but for the price we paid definitely not worth it. 👎 I would not recommend .

You have to go there if you go on Isla Mujeres. It’s a 20-25 minutes in a golf kart. We rented one for 6 people for the whole day and it cost $125 USD. The island is 7km long and you can easily ser both sides and stop where you want. We had lunch at a restaurant on Playa Norte beach; it’s gorgeous

For the price you pay for the experience, it is not worth it: food is below average, activity limited. You can take the bus to get here (20 pesos for foreigners) from the ferry. Taxi drivers will lie to you that the bus does not reach Punta sur. - Zipline: a short zipline ride (you get three times per ride). They also sell an unlimited option, but it is not worth it due to breaks and long queues. - Snorkel in limited area and you can see restorative corals. We saw squids, some fish, and urchins. - Kayak in a limited area. 15min to do the round twice. - Infinity pool is super cold. Just nice to watch from above -buffet: non comments - drinks: all are chemicals components, not real fruits inside of your piña colada, or orange juice - staff in activities are very helpful and nice -Staff in admin service can get more customer service training. Overall, it’s not a place I would recommend to others, do save that $$to go to Xplor
