沙巴拉拉野生动物保护区位于布拉瓦约东南约10公里处，占地约1200公顷，是津巴布韦唯一以金合欢树为主的荆棘草原自然保护区。这片区域生长着大量金合欢属植物，形成独特的疏林地貌。保护区内栖息着200多种鸟类，包括茶雕、秘书鸟、红冠鸨和紫卷尾歌鹰，同时也能见到黑斑羚、斑马、长颈鹿、疣猪和转角牛羚等食草动物。由于没有大型掠食动物，游客可安全地以徒步、骑行、自驾或骑马方式深入探索，近距离感受城市边缘这片金合欢丛林的原始生态节奏。

The close proximity to the lion is a thrilling yet exciting experience. Due to tall grass all antelopes where out site.

The braai is great, however, the service delivery in terms of waiters can do with improvements. There are few animals to see, other than the occasional birds, some lions, bucks and zebras there's really nothing much to see.
