拉诺里亚天然井：莫雷洛斯港丛林里的半开放溶井
拉诺里亚天然井（Cenote La Noria）位于墨西哥金塔纳罗奥州莫雷洛斯港（Puerto Morelos）的天然井之路（Ruta de los Cenotes）上，距离坎昆约35至45分钟车程，是一处半开放型洞穴溶井，水深约18米、宽度约47米，门票约400墨西哥比索。它没有隔壁萨波特溶井那么大的名气，换来的是更安静的水面和更少排队的人流。
怎么去拉诺里亚天然井
天然井之路是一条从莫雷洛斯港镇外延伸进丛林的支线公路，全长约35公里，沿途串起三十多个大小溶井。拉诺里亚就在这条路的中间段，从联邦307号公路拐进来之后，开车大约十来分钟就能看到入口指示牌。
自驾与打车
从坎昆酒店区出发，走307号公路向南，过了莫雷洛斯港镇中心后按路牌左转进入天然井之路。全程柏油路面，最后一段是土路，普通轿车慢点开也能通过。用打车软件或酒店叫车单程大约400到500比索，回程车不太好叫，最好跟司机约好返程时间。
跟团与接驳
大部分游客选择半日团或一日团，包含酒店接送、溶井门票和救生衣。莫雷洛斯港的购物加溶井半日团通常给溶井留出2.5小时自由活动，全程约6小时。只想去溶井游泳、不想操心交通的话，这种团最省事。
拉诺里亚天然井玩什么
拉诺里亚的卖点是“半开放”——顶部有天窗，阳光从洞口斜射进来，照在乳蓝色的水面上。洞顶住着蝙蝠，下午光线暗下来的时候能看到它们在头顶飞。
下水游泳与跳水
溶井有三个入口：一个是从岩壁凿出的阶梯走下去，一个是木制浮动平台，还有一个是供跳水用的高台，最高处距水面约7米。水深18米，冷水层在下面，下水第一秒会激灵一下，习惯了就很舒服。救生衣现场提供，不额外收费，不会游泳的人穿上也能浮着。
全地形车、滑索与骑马
溶井旁边的生态公园（Ecoparque La Noria）单独运营这些项目，费用不含在溶井门票里。全地形车穿越丛林小径，滑索环线共5段，还有一座吊桥。骑马项目适合带孩子体验。这些项目的年龄限制和体重限制现场确认，套票价格大约840比索起。
洞穴浮潜与拍照
水清的时候能见度很高，带上面镜能看到水下的岩壁结构。浮潜不需要额外许可，但潜水必须有持证教练陪同。公园里有人帮忙拍照，照片另收费，想留纪念可以买。
门票、开放时间与注意事项
拉诺里亚天然井全年开放，通常每天上午9点到下午5点营业，个别平台标注8点开门，出发前最好跟公园确认当天时间。
门票与现金
纯溶井门票约400墨西哥比索，只收现金的情况很常见，进门前先在镇上取好钱。储物柜租金约100比索，救生衣包含在门票里。刷卡在丛林里的公园门口不太靠得住。
携带物品与安全须知
泳衣提前穿在里面，带一条毛巾和一套换洗衣服。防晒霜要用生物可降解的，普通防晒霜对地下河系统有影响。驱虫剂选天然成分的，丛林里的蚊子不讲情面。拖鞋就够了，走阶梯时注意湿滑。有心脏病、高血压或行动不便的人不建议下水，1岁以下婴儿和不会游泳者不适合参加含溶井的团队行程。
最佳游览时间
旱季（12月到次年4月）天气最稳，水温也最舒服。旺季中午旅行团集中到达，想清静就赶早上9点开门进门，能独享水面半小时以上。8月是淡季，人少但午后可能有阵雨，雨停后水汽升起来，洞里更有氛围。
常见问题
拉诺里亚天然井需要提前预约吗？
只买溶井门票不需要预约，现场买票即可。但全地形车、滑索等项目建议提前一天通过旅行社或官网订，旺季周末这些项目经常满员。跟团游客由旅行社统一安排，不用自己约。
拉诺里亚天然井和萨波特溶井哪个更值得去？
拉诺里亚更安静、更便宜，门票约400比索，适合想游泳、跳水、不想挤人群的人。萨波特溶井的洞穴造型更上镜，但门票和配套消费更高。两个溶井相距不远，时间充裕可以一天走两个。
从坎昆出发半天够不够？
够。从坎昆酒店区开车约35到45分钟，溶井里玩2到3小时，加上往返和换衣服的时间，半天足够。如果还要玩全地形车和滑索，建议留出4小时以上。

Felt very local. They had great places to eat local food and sit down to relax. The cenote itself was a bit crowded and had limited space for jumping and swimming in the cenotes (not worth the price) We were exploring a few cenotes on our own and ate at La Noria but did not purchase tickets to swim once we looked at the cenote amd crowd. We sat at the outdoor restaurant which felt and tasted very authentic. I’d suggest come here to eat or go to a local spot around the area. My family liked Siete Bocas and Verde Lucero Cenote more for swimming.

cenote was great! it was beautiful and you can jump from a high ledge as many times as you want. this whole place is fantastic and offers many experiences. i personally enjoyed the horseback riding while my family enjoyed the cenote. i had carlos as a trail guide and he was 1000% amazing. the staff are very nice and accommodating and welcoming. they included pictures to be purchased at an additional cost and i bought it because the prices are very reasonable compared to other attraction places that charge high prices.
We visited La Noria Cenote as a family with two kids, arriving right at opening time, and had the whole place to ourselves. In the middle of the cenote, there’s a wooden platform where you can jump into the water or enjoy the swings, such great fun for all of us. It’s a beautiful spot right in the heart of the jungle, with two entrances: one wide with steps and another narrow, cave-style entrance for a more adventurous feel. Life vests are available if you want them. There’s also a cafe and bar nearby, plus horse riding on offer for an extra charge. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend a visit.
Entrance fee in Feb 2025: 400 mxn, 250 mxn for residents, amazing staff, horseback riding 50 usd, nice ziplines; they offer packages as well; the horses look healthy and are well trained. There’s a beautiful trail in the jungle. 1 star goes off for their aggressive sales of pictures they make during your activities - it’s a partner company, it’s not the staff that assists you on your arrival, ziplines and horse riding (these guys are truly amazing - Oso, Emanuel,…)
