托卢卡雪山：墨西哥城旁的火山口双湖徒步
从墨西哥城向西驱车约80公里，就能抵达海拔4680米的托卢卡雪山（Nevado de Toluca），纳瓦特尔语称Xinantécatl。它是墨西哥第四高峰，火山口内嵌着太阳湖与月亮湖，门票125比索，周二至周日8:00至15:00开放。
这座休眠火山最特别的地方在于，你不用成为登山专家就能走进火山口。越野车可以开到海拔4200米左右的停车场，剩下的路靠双脚。清晨六点半从墨西哥城出发时冷到需要抱着热水杯，但太阳一旦爬上山脊，外套就得一件件脱。
怎么去：从墨西哥城到火山口
自驾与包车
从墨西哥城自驾走Federal Highway 15，经托卢卡市转上通往火山的山路，全程大约两小时。过路费单程约350比索，油费另算。山路最后一段是柏油路面，旱季通行没问题，雨季偶尔会有落石，出发前最好查一下路况。
到了Parque de los Venados检查站，私家车不能再往上开，得换乘当地ejido的皮卡车上到火山口边缘，每人约50比索，儿童免费。车次随到随走，但下午三点之后不再发车上山，下行末班车通常在18:00左右。
公共交通
不想自驾的话，从墨西哥城Observatorio大巴站坐ETN或Flecha Roja到托卢卡市，车费约100比索，车程一小时出头。到了托卢卡再叫Uber或出租车去火山，单程约500比索起。上车前务必和司机谈好返程时间和价格——这点很多人不知道，山上手机信号很弱，临时叫车基本没戏。
也有背包客在托卢卡本地拼colectivo（合乘小巴）上山，费用约60比索，但班次不固定，旱季周末相对靠谱。
跟团一日游
墨西哥城多家旅行社运营托卢卡雪山一日游，含接送、门票和向导，全程约12小时。团费通常包含从住宿地出发的交通，出发时间在清晨五六点。适合不想操心交通的人，但行程节奏偏快，在湖边停留的时间有限。
到了怎么玩：火山口徒步路线
火山口边缘与双湖观景
从停车场走到火山口边缘只要十来分钟，脚下是松散的火山碎石，走起来有点滑。俯瞰下去，太阳湖和月亮湖像两块嵌在岩壁里的玉，湖水呈现蓝绿色调，晴天时倒映着天光。沿着火山口边缘有一条约40分钟的步道，连接两处观景台，坡度不大，适合大多数人。
湖边散落着黑曜石碎块，这一带在前西班牙时期是祭祀场所，考古学家在湖底发现过祭品。别捡石头带走，公园明确规定禁止带走任何自然物。
下到湖边与登顶
从火山口边缘下到湖面，海拔落差约200米，往返需要一到一个半小时。路是碎石坡，没有护栏，下山容易上山喘。高原上走三步歇一步很正常，别跟自己的肺较劲。
体力好的人可以从湖边继续上到Fraile峰（Pico del Fraile），海拔4680米，全程不需要技术装备，但碎石路面很滑。从停车场算起往返约4到5小时。向导会看天气和队员状态决定是否登顶——午后云层压过来，路都看不清，该撤就撤。
最佳季节与天气
旱季从11月持续到次年4月，天空通透，湖面颜色最漂亮，12月到2月山顶可能积雪，是墨西哥城居民最热衷上山看雪的时候。但雪后周末车流暴增，进山公路会堵。
雨季6月到10月，下午几乎天天有雷阵雨。想雨季去也不是不行，诀窍是赶早：上午10点到11点前进火山口，下午1点前开始下撤。
钱、装备与高原反应
门票与费用
联邦保护区门票125比索每人每天，12岁以下儿童、老年人、退休人员和残障人士免票，学生和教师凭证件享75%折扣。换乘皮卡车上火山口另付约50比索。停车费在Parque de los Venados另收50比索每车。
装备清单
高海拔天气说变就变。分层穿衣最实用：排汗层、抓绒、防风外套。帽子、手套、防晒霜三样都别省，紫外线强到阴天也能晒伤。登山杖能省不少膝盖，鞋底要抓地，普通运动鞋在碎石坡上会打滑。
饮水至少带1.5到2升，再加电解质饮料。山上没有商店，没有餐厅，吃的自己背。
高原反应
4680米的海拔不是闹着玩的。从墨西哥城（2240米）直接上来，身体来不及适应。建议在墨西哥城至少待满24小时再安排这趟行程，上山前别喝酒、别熬夜。
上山后慢点走，头疼、恶心、喘不上气是常见信号，停下休息，别硬撑。有高山症史、高血压或心肺问题的人，最好先问医生。公园管理方不建议体能较差者尝试登顶。
保护区的规矩
禁止生火、禁止吸烟、禁止丢弃任何垃圾。无人机未经许可不能飞。宠物不能带入。开放时间严格：8:00入园，15:00停止入园，周一闭园。天气恶劣时公园会临时关闭，出发当天早上查一下州政府或CONANP的公告。
常见问题
去托卢卡雪山需要提前预约吗？
目前个人游客不需要提前预约，到Parque de los Venados检查站现场购票即可。但公园对车辆实行限量放行，节假日和雪后周末建议早上8点前到达检查站，否则可能排队一两小时。团队游客由旅行社统一办理登记。
不带登山装备能走完火山口吗？
只走火山口边缘观景步道不需要专业装备，普通运动鞋加一件防风外套就够。但想下到湖边或登Fraile峰，建议至少带登山杖和抓地力好的鞋。全程没有绳索保护，碎石坡滑倒的风险不低。
一天时间够不够从墨西哥城往返？
够，但时间紧。清晨5点半到6点从墨西哥城出发，8点前后到检查站，9点半进火山口，徒步加拍照3到4小时，13点半开始下山，16点回到车上，18点前后到墨西哥城。想把登顶和湖边都走完，最好留出完整12小时。

Unfortunately, the road up lakes is closed until 10.8.26. I was only able to reach 3000 metres above see level by my car amd was stopped by a ranger. Check the official website if you want to climb up.
Great hike to a volcano, with two lakes/craters, amazing views, easy access, it’s a national park
Visiting Nevado de Toluca was an unforgettable adventure and one of the most impressive natural landscapes I have ever seen. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Standing at the crater surrounded by mountains and the beautiful lakes creates a powerful and majestic atmosphere that feels almost unreal. The panoramic views from the top are spectacular, especially when you can see the volcanic landscape, clouds, and endless mountain scenery all around you. The fresh air and peaceful environment make the experience even more special. One of the highlights was seeing the famous crater lakes, Laguna del Sol and Laguna de la Luna, whose colors and location inside the volcano create an extraordinary natural spectacle. Overall, a must visit destination in Mexico adventurous, scenic, and absolutely awe-inspiring.
El Nevado is a beautiful place with amazing views. The hike is not too bad if you are acclimated to it. You definitely need the proper footwear since the trail is somewhat slippery on certain areas. ENJOY!!!
