INAH官方售票平台(ventadeboletosenlinea.inah.gob.mx)可以提前买票,现场售票窗口一般不排长队,但周末和节假日建议线上先买。

Very nice place to visit but it can get noisy. The restaurant ambience is good however the portion sizes could be better. Given that it is in a museum and part of gastronomy, they should put in more effort into the food to provide more value. Otherwise the museum is a must-visit. It's an absolutely amazing place, wonderfully located and the building is well-designed

This museum was amazing! Spent a little over two hours on my own. Got there a few minutes before 9am. There were about 20 people ahead of me, but only waited a few minutes after official opening. It did look like there were machines were you good get tickets, but I paid cash. Bag check in was easy. Went straight to the room with the Aztec Sun Stone, which was pretty empty. Very little people there for the first hour, but started getting busier after that. I opt not to do a tour and I was happy exploring on my own, but if you want more of a detailed experience definitely book a tour.

What an incredible museum! You definitely need to set aside a whole day to see everything without rushing. The museum layout was logical and there are maps to show you the intended route through each hall so you won't feel like you missed something. I wish there were English translations for more of the displays, but I used the Google Live Translate feature to read the ones I wanted to know about.

Pretty good museum. I enjoyed learning about the different periods. The art was beautiful and the place is huge; there are so many exhibits, you can spend hours there. When I arrived there was also a mini concert/event. Pretty good experience. I recommend going if you like learning about ancient civilizations.

Impressive and interesting museum with much to explore. Particularly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor exhibits. Downsides: 1. Unbelievably ridiculous security entry. Very much in need of additional metal detectors so the lines are not so absurd to pass through (visited on Sunday, perhaps better during week). Ticket line was nothing, so just unnecessary. Added point, the machine didn't detect the metal in my BFs prosthetic leg, so I don't know if they are functioning anyway! In general, the security personnel were VERY unwelcoming and rude, particularly considering my BF is an amputee. Total power trip at the door and our only occasion of such in CDMX and one of only such occasions at any museum in cities around the globe. 2. Very dark and Very limited explanatory signage (in both Spanish and English for displays (see photos attached). Again, felt like an unwelcoming atmosphere considering how interesting the exhibits are; only enriched if legible and more comprehensive. 3. Ladies room without toilet seats, men's with?? Come on. For such an important museum, this is unacceptable. In general, this is a worthwhile museum to visit near a beautiful park, but the overall experience could be greatly improved to enhance not only one's visit, but the overall understanding of the extensive amd important history of Mexico.
