拉恩特雷加海滩：瓦图尔科最方便浮潜的珊瑚湾
拉恩特雷加海滩（Playa La Entrega）位于墨西哥瓦哈卡州瓦图尔科（Huatulco）的圣克鲁斯湾南缘，从圣克鲁斯码头坐船不到5分钟，开车沿弯道走2.5公里也能到。这片约300米长的沙滩背后是一排海鲜帕拉帕（palapa）餐馆，离岸20到40米就有珊瑚礁，水深从脚踝逐渐过渡到4.6米左右，是瓦图尔科少数不需要包船就能自己下水的浮潜点。
为什么拉恩特雷加海滩值得下水
一片被绳子围起来的“天然水族馆”
拉恩特雷加海湾朝北，风浪被外侧的山体挡住，水面多数时候平静得像泳池。珊瑚礁从齐腰深的水里就开始，鹦鹉鱼、神仙鱼、针鱼在礁盘上方游动，偶尔还能碰到海龟。浮潜区域用浮绳和船只隔开，不用跟过往的 pangas（小渔船）抢水道。当地旅游资料直接把它叫做“瓦图尔科的自然水族馆”，这个说法不算夸张。
名字背后是一段被出卖的历史
“La Entrega”在西班牙语里是“交出、交付”的意思。1831年1月20日，墨西哥独立英雄、前总统维森特·格雷罗（Vicente Guerrero）在这里被热那亚船长弗朗西斯科·皮卡卢加出卖，交到了他的政敌手里。几周后格雷罗在瓦哈卡城附近的库伊拉潘被枪决。海滩因此得名，今天岸边看不到任何纪念碑，故事只留在导览词和当地人的讲述里。
奥哈卡州第一个“无障碍海滩”
拉恩特雷加被瓦哈卡州称为第一个包容性海滩（playa incluyente）。沙滩上备有两栖沙滩轮椅、沙滩助行器、专用手杖和救生衣，借用不收费用，押金或证件登记视现场管理而定。对带老人或行动不便家人的游客来说，这一点在瓦图尔科的海滩里很少见。
怎么去、花多少钱
打车、自驾还是坐船
从拉克鲁塞西塔（La Crucecita）或圣克鲁斯（Santa Cruz）出发，出租车大约10到15分钟，单程车费在50到70比索之间，上车前最好先确认价格。自驾的话，海滩上方有免费公共停车位，也有人看管，但车位不算多，旺季上午10点后容易满。从圣克鲁斯码头坐 panga 过去，单程约160比索，5分钟就到，适合住在圣克鲁斯一带不想开车的人。
门票和海滩上的零碎开销
海滩本身免费进入，全天24小时开放。不过它属于瓦图尔科国家公园（Parque Nacional Huatulco）范围，国家公园的入场费有些年份在码头或入口收取，官方公布的成人日票参考价为95比索（2025年数据），12岁以下儿童、老年人和残障人士免票。浮潜装备在沙滩中段和北端的摊位出租，面镜、呼吸管加脚蹼大约150比索，救生衣另加50比索，整套租下来200比索上下。帕拉帕餐馆大多不收信用卡，现金要带够。
停车、厕所和淋浴
停车免费，但贵重物品别留在车里。厕所和淋浴是收费的，通常每人每次10到20比索，具体由各家帕拉帕自行定价。沙滩上有更衣室和遮阳伞、躺椅出租，在餐馆消费通常可以免费使用桌椅和遮阳设施。
什么时候去、下水前要知道什么
季节和一天里的最佳时段
瓦图尔科全年都能下水，但11月到次年4月是旱季，晴天多、海水最清，1月到3月每天日照能有8到9小时。7月到10月是雨季，阵雨来得快去得也快，偶尔有飓风过境，游客少、价格低。浮潜最好赶在上午11点前，风还没起来，一日游的船也还没把一船人卸在沙滩上。
珊瑚礁的规矩
这片礁盘在2011年时已经损失了大约80%的珊瑚覆盖，原因包括游客身上的防晒霜、船锚和触碰。下水前别涂含氧苯酮（oxybenzone）或桂皮酸盐（octinoxate）的防晒霜，换成物理防晒或穿防晒衣。脚蹼别在浅礁上踩底，悬浮着看就行，手不要碰珊瑚。海滩上不少餐馆老板自己就贴着“只看不摸”的告示。
适合带孩子和第一次浮潜的人
沙滩坡度平缓，水深渐进，浪小，很适合小孩和第一次浮潜的成人。海湾里还有一条沙路可以走到一个小海蚀洞（Cueva de los Murciélagos，蝙蝠洞），涨潮时部分路段会被淹，走之前问一下船家或餐馆的人。想请教练带下水，沙滩上有向导开价200到300比索，装备另算，不是必须。

拉恩特雷加海滩需要买门票吗？
海滩本身免费，24小时开放。但它位于瓦图尔科国家公园范围内，公园门票参考价为95比索（2025年官方公布价），12岁以下儿童、退休人员和残障人士凭证免票。如果参加一日游船，公园费用通常另收，不含在团费里。
从圣克鲁斯怎么去最方便？
出租车10到15分钟、车费约50到70比索，是最省事的方式。也可以从圣克鲁斯码头坐 panga，5分钟、单程约160比索。自驾沿弯道开2.5公里，海滩上方有免费停车场。
浮潜装备要自己带吗？
不用。沙滩上有好几家摊位出租面镜、呼吸管和脚蹼，一套约150比索，加救生衣约200比索。价格可以稍微还价，但旺季不太松动。自带装备当然更卫生，也省下这笔钱。

卡卡卢塔湾位于瓦图尔科国家公园内，是一处只能坐船或徒步进入的心形野海滩，全长约1公里，无酒店无救生员。外国游客国家公园手环125墨西哥比索，徒步单程约30到40分钟，上午人最少。

Great place close to town. I prefer going earlier to have the ocean to myself. Snorkeling is great. Has facilities for handicapped to enjoy the water.
This is a very nice beach, very close to the cruise port of Huatulco. Easiest way to get there is a taxi. Don't take the taxi's offered right off the pier as these guys are asking 15-20 dollars where the official rate is 6 dollars. Walk a few hundred meters to the square where the official taxi stop is. Also carry small bills so you have the exact amount. On the beach there is snorkeling possible and there are some nice bars and restaurants. A local told me La Entrega beach is quite safe. A shower service is offered for 20 pesos.
See the coatis was awesome. These little animals are super cute and they are all around. You can swim from the beach and see coral and fish. Someone saw a turtle. Not spectacular but it’s convenient to see from the beach. Everyone rents snorkel kits on the beach and charge 150 pesos and say you can’t share them which is a bit of a rip off so try and negotiate. The restaurants on the beach are kinda crappy but you’ll need to use them to get shade. Ours charged 200 pesos to sit at but we could also use that 200 to consume at it so it’s fine for a few beers. Nice water. No waves. Pretty packed beach. Not huge. Easy for babies to swim and there are banana boats and other activities. Banana boat is a bit of a rip for 180 for 8 minutes but whatever most things are are a rip.
The water is beautiful and crystal clear. I highly recommend this beach for families. The waves are calm and easy to swim in. There’s plenty of parking available, or you can walk, but be prepared as it’s a bit of a hike. If you don’t have beach chairs or umbrellas, several nearby restaurants will let you sit and leave your belongings as long as you purchase something from them. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the day.
A very nice small sheltered beach to swim, snorkel or take a boat/fishing cruise. A few options to get food and drinks with chairs and tables on the beach or in the restaurants. It does get busy at times so I suggest you go early in the morning. Some local events take place here as well. I tried a tilapia dish at one of the tables set up on the beach. It was tasty but not my favourite type of (farmed) fish. The beer was cold and tasty. The water is quite calm and very clear which made it good for snorkeling.
