拉斯普拉伊塔斯：墨西哥沙漠里的绿松石潟湖
从四溪镇（Cuatro Ciénegas）中心出发，沿30号联邦公路往托雷翁方向开大约5公里，再拐上一条土路，就能看见一片约40公顷的绿松石色水面，周围是白得发亮的石膏沙。这就是拉斯普拉伊塔斯（Las Playitas），四溪谷自然保护区里最大的泉眼潟湖。2025年4月重新开放后，它每天只放60人下水，游泳票450比索，观景票250比索——想去的話，提前订是硬道理。
一片被沙漠围住的海
水色为什么这么蓝
拉斯普拉伊塔斯的水来自地下泉眼，碳酸钙含量高，悬浮颗粒极少，阳光一照就透出那种近乎不真实的蓝绿色。湖底铺着白色石膏沙，晴天正午颜色最饱和，但光线也最硬。当地向导会告诉你，清晨或日落前一小时来，沙面泛出暖金色，水的蓝反而更沉得住，拍照最出片。
湖岸线走一圈大约2.5公里，全程平坦，高差不到10米，慢慢走40分钟足够。沿途能看到成片的沙漠灌木、开着花的仙人掌，偶尔有野马到水边喝水。这不是比喻——四溪谷一带确实有自由活动的马群。
两种门票怎么选
2025年重新开放时，运营方Grupo ECCO把入场分成两档：250比索的观景票只能在指定区域看湖、走步道，不能下水；450比索的游泳票（Water Pass）才允许进入水中，并包含皮划艇、桨板、山地车这些活动器材的使用。两种票都含自然保护区联邦税，都得提前在Grupo ECCO官网预约，现场不卖票。
说真的，如果你只是想拍那张经典的白沙蓝水照片，250比索的观景票够用。但要是冲着玩水去的，450比索那档才实在——毕竟大老远开进沙漠，不下水有点亏。
怎么去，以及路上的坑
自驾是唯一靠谱的方式
从蒙克洛瓦（Monclova）出发走30号联邦公路，80公里左右，一个多小时能到四溪镇。从蒙特雷（Monterrey）过来则要3个半小时到4小时，走57号联邦公路到萨尔蒂约，再转30号公路。镇上有出租车可以包车去湖区，但回程不好叫车，最好跟司机约好时间等。
最后一段是土路，大约10到13公里。晴天普通轿车慢慢开能过，但有几段路面被水冲得坑坑洼洼。租车的话建议选底盘高一点的，雨后土路变泥路，基本就走不了了。
没预约别硬闯
湖区入口有工作人员核对预约名单，没预约的车辆直接被劝返。每天分两个时段入场，上午10点到下午1点，下午3点到6点，周二到周日开放，周一关闭。旺季（复活节前后、暑假）位置抢得快，建议提前三到五天订。
到了之后先到入口处出示预约确认，工作人员会发一个手环，并告知可活动的范围。带小孩的家庭注意，深水区没有浅滩过渡，小孩下水得全程盯着。
下水前后要知道的事
强制规定不是摆设
保护区对下水有一系列硬性要求：必须穿救生衣（现场提供），必须使用可生物降解的防晒霜，禁止携带外部食物、饮料、冷藏箱和音响。这些规定背后有原因——四溪谷的水体里生活着多种特有物种，比如四溪小狗鱼和猪鼻龟，外来物质对它们的影响比普通湖泊大得多。
湖里可以玩皮划艇和桨板，器材包含在450比索的票里，先到先得。想骑山地车的话，沿着湖岸的步道骑一圈大约半小时，下午光线斜下来的时候骑最舒服。
待多久合适
多数游客在湖区待2到3小时，游一次泳、划一圈船、走一段步道，时间刚好。想认真拍照或者带孩子慢慢玩，留3到4小时更从容。湖区没有正式餐厅，只有简单的卫生设施和遮阳棚，吃的喝的要自己提前在镇上解决。
有一点很多人不知道：四溪镇本身是个有葡萄酒产业的“魔法小镇”，镇上有几家小酒庄可以品酒。安排在湖区玩半天、回镇上吃午饭逛酒庄，一天下来节奏刚好。
什么季节去最舒服
四溪谷是沙漠气候，夏天白天轻松超过40摄氏度，冬天夜里能降到零度以下。最舒服的窗口是春季（3到5月）和秋季（10到11月），白天20多度，下水不冷，上岸不晒。冬天游客少，中午气温回升后走走步道很舒服，但下水需要点勇气。
不管哪个季节，尽量赶早。清晨水面平静，光线柔和，人也少——第一批入场10点，但周边步道可以提前走。中午到下午两点是光线最平、最热的时候，拍出来的照片反而平淡。
常见问题
拉斯普拉伊塔斯需要提前预约吗？
需要。每天限60人下水，分上午10点到下午1点、下午3点到6点两个时段，周二至周日开放。预约通过Grupo ECCO官网完成，现场不售票，旺季建议提前三到五天订。
门票多少钱，包含什么？
观景票250比索，只能走步道和指定观景区；游泳票450比索，可下水并使用皮划艇、桨板、山地车，两种票都含自然保护区联邦税。价格以官网当日公布为准。
从四溪镇到湖区开车要多久？
沿30号联邦公路往托雷翁方向约5公里后拐入土路，土路段10到13公里，全程20到30分钟。土路有几段坑洼，建议底盘较高的车辆，雨后路面泥泞不建议前往。
不会游泳可以下水吗？
可以，但必须全程穿救生衣，现场免费提供。湖区没有浅水缓坡，入水后很快变深，带孩子的话需要一对一盯紧。

We visited upon recommendations rom our hotel and it was such a lovely visit. They have all the services you need for a good time, bathroom, private tents, food, drinks, kayaks, bikes and nature provides the most breathtaking view in the area. Was a great time to visit, we had some wind but its nature we can just enjoy it. The ride there it’s a little bumpy so try to go with a high car or a tuck.

Great experience the kids loved it, is amazing how this turquoise water contrasts with the surrounding desert, you can swim, use a Kayak or do a bike ride, included with your ticket, they also sell food and beverages.

It's a cool experience and driving there is fun you even pass a swamp with a floating bridge, be carefull do not bring a sedan or low car since you will be on dirt road and there is lots of rocks. Come with an SUV or a pickup, preferably. Entrance payment was a bit wanky and weird we felt a bit robbed since we were charged 310.00 MXN / 15.00 USD per person for the entrance but on all sites it said it was only 160.00 MXN / 8.00 USD but the lady told us since this year they had increased the charge even though we showed her on the phone that it said differently. Kayak was 300.00 MXN / 15.00 USD for 2 people: 1 hour Be careful, do not pay any guide more than 500.00 MXN, but with all honesty, you don't need a guide for this place.

One of the most beautiful places in earth. An oasis in the middle of the Coahuila Mexican dessert. Cristal clear water, white sand, open sky, you can see the milky way at night, and enjoy the puesto natural water during the day. Las Playitas is a paradise, a hidden gem, a place like very few.
