亚尔库泻湖：淡海水交汇的天然浮潜池
亚尔库泻湖（Yal-Ku Lagoon）位于墨西哥金塔纳罗奥州阿库马尔（Akumal）北端，距图卢姆约30公里，是一片由地下淡水与加勒比海水混合而成的天然入海口。每天9:00至17:00开放，成人门票约300墨西哥比索，儿童约215比索。水深多在1.5到4.5米之间，没有海浪，适合第一次浮潜的人。
它到底是什么：一条会“分层”的水道
泻湖藏在红树林和石灰岩之间，从内陆地下河涌出的淡水比海水轻，浮在上层，于是水下会出现一道模糊的界线。游过那道线时，画面会突然从清晰变模糊，再走几米又恢复，很多人第一次遇到会以为泳镜起雾了。
淡水与海水的边界
这条边界叫盐跃层（halocline）。靠近上游的池水明显偏凉，比外侧海水低约4摄氏度；越往出海口走，水温越接近加勒比海的体感温度。浮潜时贴着边界游，能同时看到淡水鱼和海水鱼活动。
为什么鱼这么多
咸淡水交汇带来大量浮游生物，热带鱼密度在里维埃拉玛雅沿岸属于第一梯队。常见的有蓝倒吊、炮弹鱼、神仙鱼，靠近岩石缝隙还能看到小群体清洁虾。海龟偶尔游进来，但这里不是看海龟的主力点——那件事归阿库马尔湾管。
两个入口，两种玩法
同一个泻湖有两个独立运营的入口。很多人到了门口才发现，左边和右边的票价、设施、规则都不一样。
本地入口（蓝色标志）
当地人经营的老入口，成人约300比索（约合14至18美元），儿童约215比索。救生衣不强制，设施简单一些，但更接近“自然泻湖”的体感。想省钱、自带装备、不需要餐厅和躺椅的人，走这边更合适。
公园入口（Xcaret运营）
右侧入口由Xcaret集团管理，成人约20至22美元，儿童约15美元。强制穿救生衣，有更衣室、淋浴、储物柜、餐厅、吊床和雕塑花园。储物柜租金约39比索，浮潜装备约60比索，救生衣约64比索，帕拉帕（带吊床的茅草亭）另计。带着小孩或想省心的人，多花几美元买的是秩序和配套。
什么时候去：赶早不赶晚
一天里的时间差
9点开门就进，水最清，鱼最活跃，人也最少。到11点以后旅行团陆续抵达，浅水区开始搅动，能见度往下掉。下午3点后再入园，光线斜射，水下反而好看，但留给你的时间只剩两小时。
一年里的季节差
11月到次年4月是旱季，降雨少，淡水径流带来的泥沙少，能见度更稳定。5月到10月是雨季，大雨后水会变浑一两天。飓风季从6月延续到11月，泻湖本身受地形保护，风浪影响不大。另一个好处：这片泻湖几乎不受马尾藻影响，当阿库马尔湾海滩堆满海藻时，这里的水依然是清的。
下水前要知道的几件事
泻湖有围栏、救生员和浮标，整体安全，但出海口方向局部有水流。带小孩的人注意别让孩子越过浮标线往外游。防晒只能涂可生物降解的产品，园区提供强制淋浴。贵重物品别放在岸边——这里有储物柜，也有游客报告过失窃案例，手机和钱包锁起来更稳妥。
交通方面，从普拉亚德尔卡曼开车约25至30分钟，从图卢姆约40分钟，从坎昆约1小时30分钟。走307号联邦公路到阿库马尔，跟着Yal-Ku指示牌拐入住宅区道路，大约再开2公里。坐 colectivo（合乘小巴）到阿库马尔高速路口下车，再打车约100比索到泻湖入口。用谷歌地图直接搜“Yal Ku”可能被导向一个进不去的私人入口，记得从阿库马尔镇方向进。

不会游泳能去吗？
可以。泻湖没有海浪，多数区域水深及腰到胸口，公园入口强制穿救生衣，本地入口也提供租赁。带小孩的话，浅水台阶区足够玩水看鱼。
建议玩多久？
2到3小时足够完成一次浮潜加休息。想用帕拉帕、吃午餐、慢慢泡水的人，留半天更从容。多数游客把它和阿库马尔湾看海龟排在同一天，上午海湾、下午泻湖，节奏刚好。

Awesome Cenote I when there with Aventuras Maya tour agency the cool is the only you can get there with the agency is private Cenote for the one take the tour with them. The have 2 Cenotes one open an the other cave Cenote in both you can snorkeling is amazing 100 % recommend to do the tour. The agency is very organized and great tour guides. The lunch is included typical Mexican lunch the taste of the food also great! I really enjoy the hour there! Of will fo back and spend time again!
Unfortunately due to sargassum, we were limited to swim in a small area of the lagoon. The water was cloudier as you swim towards the open ocean which I couldn’t reach due to thick layer of sargassum. Otherwise the clear cool water along with interesting rock formations made us last a couple of hours here. There are no places to get food here. Parking free and unsecured. The lagoon is shared with other nearby snorkeling companies and private properties so it can be crowded later on in the day. Best to go earlier. Price is more than $21USDpp. A bit overpriced considering what it is worth
Gorgeous experience, like swimming in a tropical aquarium. Get there at 9am as parking is limited. Admission includes just the life jacket. It is extra for mask, fins, or a locker. The staff were lovely and not pushy - they suggested we tour the place before buying tickets to make sure it was ok for the kids. I went with my 3 and 6yr old so we didn't take a tour, but we did fine looking at fish at a slow pace. There are barriers to keep saragasso out of the areas we were swimming in so my kids were fine with the experience. The water was much clearer than Alumal beach. We recommend this place!
Beautiful place to visit in Akumal. The water is clear, peaceful, and great for snorkeling. We saw plenty of fish and really enjoyed the natural surroundings. The area was also well organized, and the visit felt relaxing from start to finish. A great spot if you want to enjoy nature and spend a calm day in the water. Definitely worth visiting.
Beautiful and peaceful spot for snorkeling. The water was clear, there were tons of fish to see, and it wasn’t overly crowded when we visited, which made it even better. It felt well maintained and easy to explore. If you’re in the area and want a more relaxed cenote experience without huge crowds, this is definitely worth the stop.
