去之前必须先在官网或者通过 Fullbooker 平台预约，直接冲过去很可能因为人数限制吃闭门羹。费用方面，肯尼亚森林局（KFS）会收取每名成年人约232先令（含税）的入场费。具体的娱乐项目是单独收费的，6线全开的滑索成人票价通常在3250先令左右，射箭和彩弹各需1450到2100先令不等。交通上，沿着内罗毕到纳库鲁（Nairobi-Nakuru）的 A104 公路行驶到金门德镇（Kimende Town）转入支线即可。记得带好身份证件，现场是不收现金的，必须用 M-Pesa 或者刷卡支付。

只要没有严重的心脏病或高血压，身体健康者均可参与。身高需要达到1.4米以上，体重不得超过115公斤。滑索前会有专业的安全培训，你需要穿着长裤，禁止穿裙子，长发也必须扎起来以防卷入滑轮。
这里的餐饮水平怎么样？需要自带食物吗？
中心内有一间名为 The Canopy 的餐厅，提供汉堡、披萨和当地风味的简餐，味道在景区里算是不错的。如果你计划露营或者深度徒步，建议自带一些高热量的零食和饮用水。要注意，森林内实行禁塑令，严禁携带一次性塑料袋和塑料瓶入内。
离内罗毕有多远？路况好走吗？
距离内罗毕市中心约60公里，不堵车的情况下1小时出头就能到。大部分路段是柏油马路，但进入森林后的最后一段路属于非铺装土路。底盘太低的轿车在雨季可能会有点吃力，建议尽量开 SUV 前往，路上还能在 Rift Valley 观景点停车拍照。

The Forest Adventure is an unforgettable place. It's about an hour and fifteen minutes' drive from downtown Nairobi. Turning from the main road onto the path leading into the mountain is a bit tough, but the scenery along the way is really beautiful. We went horse - riding in the forest and tried the jungle ziplines on two routes. It gave us the feeling of flying through the jungle like birds. The staff will train people in relevant ziplining skills in advance, and safety is fully guaranteed. It's an exciting and lovable place, suitable for team - building activities, wilderness hiking and games.
