卡拉绿洲（Qara Oasis），又称卡拉特·乌姆·萨盖尔（Qarat Umm El Sagheir），位于埃及马特鲁省（Matrouh Governorate），距离著名的锡瓦绿洲（Siwa Oasis）约75公里。 根据2006年的人口普查数据，该绿洲仅有363名居民。 卡拉绿洲坐落于卡塔拉洼地（Qattara Depression）的西南边缘，该洼地以低于海平面的地势而闻名，最低点达海平面以下133米，是非洲第二低点。 有趣的是，1958年英国战争电影《冰冷的亚历山大》（Ice Cold in Alex）曾在此取景拍摄。
