I pursued my Bachelor Degree at this University in the College of Business Education. I had some of the amazing and unforgettable experiences during my time there. Its regarded as the White House due to the design of its buildings painted white but also the Harvard of Africa for its tremendous and outstanding quality of the education provided. The accommodation is quite satisfying with enough space which can accommodate more than 50,000 students. The availability of water is unpredictable during sometime between March to Mid May but the administration has always been supportive to solve these challenges when arise. The university has a variety of playgrounds for football matches, basketball, tennis, netball in all colleges. But all I can say is, be prepared to study hard when you think of coming to this prestigious University.

Jurassic Man - 1
This probably the worst planned university in our country. The campus is obnoxiously massive covering a few square kilometers for no reason. The colleges are kilometers apart and everything is car centered. It’s as if the university was designed for college students that only own a car. The university’s landscape is in direct conflict with the natural flora and fauna with foreign water hogging plants. Many of buildings are in disrepair and neglected. This university has so much potential and was disappointing to see “new” buildings neglected. We can do so much better as a country.

This is the biggest University in East Africa, the best place to build your knowledge toward your dreams. The host of different EA festivals. There are about six colleges that are separated by Kilometres but there are easly accesible means of transport from college to college or to Dodoma city with affordable fee of 400Tsh per each trip. The costs for studies are ranked lower than any other big University in Tanzania. I am proudly among the products of UDOM. You are welcome.
