They'd had a lot of rain and roads through the reserve were quite challenging. The area is extremely rocky and less than ideal for game reserve. For me the lowveld (around Kruger) is far better for a true safari. Game was limited and a challenge to see Lion and Leopard. Lots of buck and Rhino. Seems as if they don't quite have the balance right. They won't allow going off roads and paths, so at times you may only see animals at a distance. All said, we enjoyed our time. Our guide was terrific, and we did see elephant up close.

Absolutely stunning reserve with plenty of beautiful animals. It was an amazing break from the city life and a definite must see!!

An awesome, unforgettable experience. The staff were just magnificent. Spent my birthday in tranquility and was made to feel extra special.

The most memorable couple of days spent over the Christmas period at the game reserve. Stunning early morning drives and breathtaking sundowners in the wild. I never expected to see quite so much flora and fauna. Due to the rains everything was bursting with life. The cheetahs and leopards were the only elusive animals we did not come across on this visit, everything else was abundant.

Fantastic game reserve. We were fortunate to see 4 the big 5 animals. Great quality sightings as per pictures. I also liked the weather and beautiful nature out there.
