装备清单与防寒要点

如何抵达布埃亚基地
杜阿拉国际机场是距离喀麦隆山最近的大型枢纽。下飞机后可以乘坐长途巴士或拼车前往布埃亚，车程大约1.5到2小时。布埃亚曾是德属喀麦隆的首都，保留了不少殖民时期的石头建筑，比如总督府。这里气候比杜阿拉凉爽得多，非常适合作为登山前后的休整点。如果不想把所有精力都花在登山上，从布埃亚驱车半小时就能到达林贝（Limbe），那里有著名的黑色火山沙滩和灵长类动物保护中心。
预算规划与支付方式
在布埃亚及登山过程中，信用卡几乎无法使用。现金是唯一的支付手段，请提前在杜阿拉的银行兑换足额的中非法郎（XAF）。除了交给办事处的固定费用，通常在行程结束时还需要给向导和背夫大约10%到20%的小费，这已经成了当地徒步文化的惯例。如果选择完整的3天服务，加上往返交通和城镇住宿，人均预算应准备在15万中非法郎以上。

必须要请背夫吗？能不能自己背包？
法律没有强制请背夫，但强烈建议雇佣。山势极为陡峭，在海拔3000米以上负重15公斤以上对普通人负荷极大。一名背夫一天的费用大约在5000至8000中非法郎，能极大提高登顶成功率。
登顶后可以看到大海吗？
如果天气足够晴朗且云层较低，在山顶可以清晰看到几内亚湾的蓝色海岸线。甚至能远眺到对岸赤道几内亚的比奥科岛（Bioko Island）。建议在清晨7点前到达顶峰，那时云海还未完全升起。
登山过程中有手机信号吗？
在布埃亚市区和低海拔森林带信号良好。过了2号营地后信号变得断断续续，在山顶的某些开阔地带反而能接收到微弱的移动网络。建议备好移动电源，低温会导致手机电池电量迅速流失。
业余爱好者一天能登顶并返回吗？
极度困难且不建议。虽然职业选手可以做到，但普通人面临极高的高原反应风险和膝盖损伤。单程上山通常需要6-8小时，下山同样需要4-5小时，12小时以上的高强度运动很容易虚脱。

5star touristic site to visit!! Very stressful but the stress deserve the Bueaty of dis mountain!!! See the world in different ways!!! Take in a new energy from the forest to the savanna park!! Approximately 33000 step to the summit above sea levels!!! From hut 🛖 one to hut 3 has different vibe and different climate!!! Very cold 🥶 at the summit!!! I had a great time here!!
