瓦加杜古主教座堂，全称"圣母无染原罪主教座堂"，是布基纳法索首都天主教瓦加杜古总教区的中心教堂。这座建筑由白人神父会的宗座代牧若阿尼·泰弗努主持，于1930年代法属西非时期建造，历时两年完工，1936年1月19日正式祝圣。教堂建筑风格简朴而醒目，后方停车场附近设有一座圣母祭坛，拱形石雕中安放着圣母玛利亚像。作为当地宗教活动的重要场所，该教堂已成为瓦加杜古的城市地标之一。
