圣米格尔堡垒建于1575年，是罗安达最早的防御工事，由时任殖民统治者保罗·迪亚斯·德·诺瓦伊斯修建。17世纪中叶，堡垒曾短暂被荷兰人占领。经过多次修缮与扩建，这座历史遗址于1938年被列为国家纪念碑。如今，堡垒内设有国家军事历史博物馆，陈列着安哥拉丰富的军事历史和珍贵文物。游客可漫步于保存完好的堡垒内部，同时俯瞰罗安达湾的壮丽景色。

Interesting place to visit. It has this coministic feel to it. A bit of military gear, but most attractive is the view towards the city and slums on the other side. Be aware that you can only pay with local bank cards, otherwise cash. Absolutelly worth attention.
TH3 TR/\V1R - 4
Old Portuguese fort with a nice view over the city displaying different types of weapons used in Angola and some civil war loot. There's also a restaurant one level down on the backside.
